Change to Packing Slips

As of Monday, 9th September 2024, we are no longer include a paper packing list in your parcel. Your order number will be printed on the parcel label (bottom right), and you can view your order history anytime by logging into your account online. 

Shipping > Australia

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post. Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days, and should arrive in 2-6 business days.  If you order Express Post, the delivery should arrive within 1-2 days for metro areas, and 2-3 days for regional areas.*

Daily Shipping Cutoffs (otherwise dispatched the next business day)

Monday - Friday > Orders before 1pm (AEST/NSW TIME) will be dispatched same day where possible
Saturday, Sunday & NSW Public Holidays > Dispatched the next business day

*Shipping/delivery times may be longer due to circumstances outside our control

*Please note during busy periods dispatch may take a day or two longer depending on volumes.

*All parcels require someone to take delivery/signature. We recommend shipping to your work place if you won't be home.

What is Priority Dispatch, and can I add it after placing my order?

·       Your order is picked and packed ahead of standard orders, however It does not speed up shipping or delivery times.

·       This option can be selected at checkout for a non‑refundable fee of $2.95 and cannot be added after an order has been placed.

·       It improves the chances of same day dispatch (on business days), but is not guaranteed.

·       Orders placed after the 1 pm cut off are dispatched the next business day.

·       For faster delivery, Express Shipping must be selected separately.

International Shipping

International orders will be dispatched within 2 business days.

*For International customers we do our best to avoid customs duties & taxes, however upon entry you may be charged based on your local sales taxes or import duties. If you are concerned you can contact your local customs office.
