RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
Australia > We offer refund, exchange or store credit on full price items, and exchange or store credit on sale items. Items need to be returned in the original plastic packaging, tags attached & in its original condition within 30 days of the purchase date. ORDER & PAYMENTS
Can my order be tracked?
Yes it can! Once your item is packed & dispatched you will receive a confirmation email from us with tracking details. Keep an eye on your junk folder as they sometimes go there!
How do I place an order?
When you see an item you would like to purchase, simply choose your size & click on "Add to Cart". Once you have finished browsing & adding items to your cart, click on "Checkout" in the top right hand corner to confirm your items. After you have made any changes you then choose "Checkout" for payment via credit card or bank deposit, or choose "Checkout with PayPal" to use PayPal.
From here you can sign in as an existing customer, or continue as guest where you will have the option to sign up later on.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept payment via the preferred methods - Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Afterpay & Zippay. We also accept Bank Deposit (Australia only). Please note with Bank Deposit you must make payment ASAP. If the payment has not cleared in our account after 3 business days the order will be cancelled. Your items will be dispatched once payment has been received and cleared.
Does Little Party Dress charge tax on my order?
The prices shown on our website are inclusive of GST (Australia).
Do you accept Lay-buys?
We don't do lay-buys, but we offer afterpay which is even better! (for Australian customers) Find out more here > www.afterpay.com.au
Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Sizing is fairly standard, but can range between styles, so just make sure you read the FULL product description of each one as we describe the fit of each style in detail, PLUS say whether it’s a big/small/standard make :) And you can have a look over the size guide too (which is a fairly conservative guide).
