FIT DETAILS, LENGTH, & MODEL

  • FIT: Generous fit, if between sizes we suggest the smaller size
  • LENGTH: Mid/lower calf length depending on your height, measuring approximately 123cms from shoulder to hem on a size 8 (add 1cm per size up)
  • MODEL: Kel is wearing an LPD size 14 & is a top-heavy size 14-16, 173cms tall. Bust 117cm, waist 96cm, hips 117cm.

Lightweight rayon, lined, non-stretch, slip on fit

  • Delicate rayon fabrics are known to shrink, to prevent this - follow care instructions: 

Cold hand wash only, do not machine wash - even on delicate cycles. Do not soak, do not tumble dry, cool iron on reverse side, do not bleach, do not wring or rub, drip dry without delay. Steam iron after wash to shape. Please follow these instructions to get the best out of your garment.

    Lovely Lightweight Dress

    Beautiful lightweight and breathable dress. Love the fabric. I own many Michelle and Michelle-like LPD dresses. It's my favourite flattering style. Can be dressed up or casual. Generous sizing. I am an hourglass shape - usually a size 16-18 for my bust (18DD) and 18-20 for my hips. The size 16 fits perfectly. Have worn this type of dress through pregnancy and postpartum too so definitely plenty of flexibility with changing bodies.

    Cherries!

    Pretty dress. I bought some cherry socks to match for fun. I haven’t had any problem with machine washing in a bag on delicates. Also find when it’s nearly dry I can tumble dry for a couple of minutes and don’t need to iron. I was worried as it was rayon but I haven’t had any issues.
